ALL HAVE THAT ONE THING THAT PUTS US IN OUR HAPPY PLACE. CRAFTING DOES THAT FOR ME.
My name is Angela Woerner. I am currently an Assistant Principal at a preK-8th grade school during the day and a “master” crafter, a youtuber, and a creator of teacher librarian resources all the rest of the time. I have a daughter, Veronica, born in 2019. I also have 2 bonus kiddos and a wonderful partner in life.
Some random tidbits about me: I live in Florida, but was born in Indiana. I love to READ! I have my B.A. in Media Writing and my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. I am a Denver Broncos fan and I am obsessed with Doctor Who, Star Trek, and just about anything that would make me a geek (proud of that fact!). I enjoy writing, do some graphic design work, and am a published author.
A Little History
I started with papercrafting and opened my first home-based business, PaperCraftingGeek, in 2013. I designed custom cards and all things paper for friends and strangers alike. I loved it! As the years continued, I began to expand my craftiness and realized that I needed to expand my business to include all the new crafting avenues I pursue. Thus, Angela’s Inspired Creations was officially born in July 2018. In November 2020 I rebranded the company to Flip and Flutter Creations and became an LLC! I rebranded as I wanted to have a catchier name and include some of the things I love in my business name. I no longer wanted my name in the company name as well. Flip and Flutter represent two of my favorite things: Books and Butterflies!
I certainly like to keep busy! Being a mom boss since having my daughter has been a transition but she is worth it all! For now, I use nap times and any time she is sleeping to work on my side hustles. Sometimes crafting, sometimes recording and creating videos, and other times creating content for my fellow teacher librarians!
